I have a HDS 5 in my console and have recently networked a HDS 7 to the bow. It seems the one in my console is reading the depth from the sonar unit in the trolling motor. When I pull it up to run the lake, I cant tell how deep it is. The only other transducer I know of is the structure scan one. But, with my old set up, my depth was fine at console when i pulled up my trolling motor. Can anyone tell me if there is a setting somewhere I need to adjust? hmmm

Sounds like network sonar is turned on. I use this between my 5 & 8 so the other fisher can see the trolling motor sonar when I am using it.
