Go check out www.gasbuddy.com for the cheapest gas in your area. Its times like these I HATE having a truck. $100 to fill it up. RIDICULOUS!!!

Benbrook is still falling a foot a week and ramps are closing fast, too. Does anyone know how much lower it can get and still have a working ramp or two?
One of the nice things about riding my bike to work and making close to home fishing trips to Benbrook is that it's been over a month since I filled my truck up with gas, even with that holiday weekend at the beginning of the month.

Hey Bud B you will still be able to use Mustang ramp for quite some time,it got very low a few years back also. I went Sunday afternoon it is beautiful out there not too many people brave the OVEN and the Obstacle Corse Sac-A Lait.

That ramp's close to me, and I have a Corps annual pass. With the lake getting so low, I guess it's a good time for me to learn that timber.

The price of gas went up again over night to 3.79 gal. I was watching fox news this morning and heard that Lake Arlington boat ramps may be open another week or two before they have to close them because of the low lake levels. God please send up some much needed rain .gif "angel"){kind=small}
