Anyone ever use these? The ones in the bucket of marinade. They look like minnows but wondered if they worked.

They work but they tear up easy and are like 20$ a bucket.

I've caught quite a few on the 3" Smelt & Emerald Shiner but they aren't very durable. I bought the regular Gulp packaged baits, for like $3.50 a bag for 20 I think, & just dropped them in the bucket. $20 for 1st 20 baits but $7 for the next 40. That's $27 for 60, still a bit steep but I still have a bucket of Gulp juice. I kinda quit using them when the Lake Fork Live Baby Shad came on the scene. Then Slab Bandit showed up, now I may never use anything else.

Thanks for the insight. Yea, 20 bucks seemed steep; that's why I thought I'd ask.

I tried them, not impressed.
COMING SOON! .. THE STICKLE HOOK " the stay level sickle hook". sits level in the water with all knots.! Provides better hook sets and more natural jigging motion. No more adjusting the knot, gluing , or tying loop knots that cause the hook point to tangle in the loop, or worse knick the line.. The jighook that will make all others obsolete !

I tried them last January (2010) in the CAT opener at Lavon and caught a BUNCH.. of 2-10 lb. blue cats.
You don't want to spill that fluid on anything important to you.
