fished there this weekend, very slow, first day we caught only 5 keeper trout, and 2 undersized trout. second day we caught 2 keeper trout, 3 hardheads, and 1 sea snake of some kind. guides were even having trouble, one guide only had 2 fish by 10 a.m. so i guess we didnt do to bad. Nothing was even making our croaker move around, there wasn't anything spooking them. too hot i guess. good luck to yall!!! rc

We were catching them using plastics. Between the two of us we averaged 12 keepers a trip with bunches of unders. I'm not sure where we were at because I don't go down there much...my gf's bro took me out on his boat and basically was my guide.
Sunday night we decided to fish with mullet and I caught my first bull red & black tip. 38 inches on the red. Fun times.

oh and we also had to pull out an offshore boat who got stuck on the "hump" out in the middle of the bay, so we did our good deed for the weekend!!! rc
