Howdy, new to this, so please bear with me. Taking the wife to POC next weekend and she would like to catch some trout. Please give me some input as to where to find trout and what to use. She will wade with me and likes to freeline shrimp and mullet. Any help would be great. Thanks.

fishing was good around grass island and farwell island early part of week. can wade a long way out around both of those island and wife can do some free line fishing in same area as well if she does not want to get in water.

best bite came on norton sand eels in margarita and lime tequilla colors for me this week hope this helps a little

fishing was good around grassisland. got a few trout. it was too windy to anchor around the wells, but will try again next time. sunday ended up at the jetties and caught 4 reds and

oops hit wrong button. black drum. my daughter caught nice 36 inch black drum also. jacks and sharks also. mother had a great day.
