Has anyone used any of the super lines on a spinning reel? If you have recommendations I would like to hear them. I am leaning towards FireLine or PowerPro 20 LB test.

Tig55 and TxHook'Em
Thanks for your input.
I was liking what I was hearing about PowerPro.
It is nice to hear it from someone not saling it.

I use 14 lb. Fireline on my Abu and it's working great. Going to put some 10 lb. and a second spool for the same reel.

I use a Spro swivel between the Fireline and the fluorocarbon leader.

Good stuff!!

With 20 lb line you can play and land a 20 lb fish. You think you need all that horsepower, Losthook?

Goin bass fishin and to the deer lease this weekend, then gotta hide some eggs on sunday for the kids (17 & 18 years old). Lots of talk about catching crappie at the marina at Somerville, but you cant move for the crowd there. It is a really small place. I can catch bass and cats elsewhere. Caught some last sunday morning before the wind got so high. Will let you know how it goes.
