I had the pleasure of fishing with JD and Shane on the 7th. It was a beautiful day but the heat was brutal. We fished the bridges, some brush, and lots of trees. We just couldn't find any quality or quantity. We finally found some scattered timber that someone had enhanced with some brush. It was 105 degrees and no shade, but the fish were there in 18 to 22 feet of water. The fish were holding right at 16 feet. We ended the day with 21 very nice fish and plenty of sun. Thanks Guys, I had a blast. When I grow my skin back, I'll be ready to go again. Do they make SPF 150?

The Grins say it all!

cheers

That's right--Dutch forgot his hat so I gave him mine.

Hey now, lets put this picture in the right perspective. I drove up to visit Shane and Dutch thinking they were getting off the water. Jmac and I fished the day before and I was still fatigued from the sun. Shane called me and said we will pick you up at the dock. Next thing I know I'm fishing with Dutch and the "Tree Top Taliban". I felt compelled to fish. Talk about cheesey grin. Forgive me if i'm wrong but isn't that Shane behind me flashing 32 carat "CHEESE"?

Nice catch Dutch! I was out on Lewisville chasing the sandies & hybrids, but no luck. In a matter of fact, I haven't had much luck at fishing of any kind crying Anways, yall look like yall had a great time despite the heat. Congrats again thumb

looks like Shane And Jd wear the same kind of watch. Whats up with that, are those Gps type watches?

COMING SOON! .. THE STICKLE HOOK " the stay level sickle hook". sits level in the water with all knots.! Provides better hook sets and more natural jigging motion. No more adjusting the knot, gluing , or tying loop knots that cause the hook point to tangle in the loop, or worse knick the line.. The jighook that will make all others obsolete !
