Bad but that is why you have insurance- hope you don't find it torn up.

I'll keep an eye out for it.
I put one of these in my truck: http://www.lojack.com/
I don't know if it does any good, but it can't do any harm. I would get a kick out of it leading to a chop shop, or some such.

Also, a guy that does some remodeling for me got his F250 diesel dually stolen early this year. Apparently the people that stole it, drove it until it ran out of diesel and ditched it. They trashed it a little, but it was repaired and looks like new.

Best of luck!!

First thing I do when I buy a vehicle is put another alarm on it, so that way they have a harder time disabling it vs. the factory alarms.

My heart goes out for you.. I've had my F250 for almost 12 years now. I'd cry if it was stolen.

LoJack works!

My fishing partner and the police recovered his DuraMax in less than 4 hours after it was 'borrowed' from his driveway earlier this year! texas

Sorry to hear that but start checking every apartment lot and parking lots. I was a wercker driver for 3 years and you wouldn't believe how many stolen cars I picked up. I was getting atleast 1 if not 2 a week out of apartments.

Good luck.

This is why you should always carry a shovel in your truck.

I feel your pain! I've had my truck stolen 4 times. The last time was in Arlington. They had video tape of the theives, and the vehicle they drove into my complex license plate. The Arlington dectective called me to advise they were 'tailing' the vehicle they drove to my truck! I asked if they had a solid description of the get away vehicle from a bank robbery, do they just 'tail' it until it is used for another robbery. I am sorry to say, unless your truck drives itself back to you, you've seen the last of it.

My son's 95 GMC, the one I bought brand new and handed down to him several years ago, was stolen from the new Denton Walmart parking lot back in April. That truck was in perfect condition. Him and his girlfriend were only in the store 5 minutes. The police looked at the video tapes but they were useless except to tell us that, yep, it was stolen, by a professional based on the time it took. Haven't heard a word since and probably never will. Already settled with the insurance company, but I'm still sick about it. I don't think we're punishing thieves enough when they are caught. They seem to get a slap on the wrist and they're right back doing it again.

Any luck in finding it? I know how it makes you feel. I got my Ranger stolen in '02.
