The best striper boat is a guides boat. Split a trip with your buddy once a month, you'll always catch fish, it's way cheaper than owning, no cleaning fish or boats, no storage problems, no getting out on the lake at 3 AM to catch bait, you don't have to buy new electronics every time new technology comes out, you don't have to pay for gas, you don't have to charge batteries, you don't have to pull it behind you on the way to the lake, no insurance, no break downs.........................I could go on for days.

Might take a look at the Skeeter Bay boats. Lots of storage, two bait tanks and a live well. They take rough water great and drive like a sports car. I have fished from lots of different bay boats and they each have something I really like that other boats don't have, but for the over all package I like Skeeter best.

Maybe BrandoA will chime in here. Had an opportunity to fish with him and really enjoyed his boat and company was good to!
Can someone explain how the Feds count recreational Red Snapper catch?

Center consoles or probably the best suited for the fishing but for comfort my 24 foot poontang with the 11 foot shade, three big couches, four bass chairs and room to carry several big coolers ain't shabby.

I have fished with Matt in his new Skeeter and that boat is awesome. 5 of us fished out of it Friday and we weren't crowded at all. Super clean layout and a great ride.
