 Question on Pontoon speed

I have a 1979 20 ft pontoon boat with a 70 hp Evinrude. If anybody has something like this what is your avg speed loaded with say four adults and couple ice chest on say a semi calm day. I am trying to see what mine should be getting as far as speed.

assuming your running about a 15p prop. and you can turn it to 5500 rpms.
you'll run around 20-23mph......possibly up to 25ish.
everyones boat is different. but with a 70hp that should be close.

my 24 ft with a 115 mariner will run about 27 to 28 with just me in the boat.
