Ox190, it takes about 30minutes for two people to clean and bag that many fish. The reason I say two people is because Chuck always makes me come in early and help him haha. The American Angler line of filet knives is by far the best in my opinion. The blades stay sharper longer, and more importantly, the actual machine last considerably longer than other brands.

Thank you TxJole, they forget so easily. Talk about cleaning alot of fish, tomorrow we are running all 4 boats and will likely be cleaning over 400 fish by 10:30. We are going to be just chasing white bass mainly. I would bet it will take us about 60 minutes to do that many with 4 of us cleaning.

Thank you for the info, I had a cheap rapala I was using, but it is literally flaking off metal from the blade. Time for an electric .

The older american angler ultra knives are our favorite but they no longer make them. I had bought about 25 of them last year when I heard they weren't going to make them any longer. The american angler they make now is still good but I like the older model better.

they probably weren't designed to clean 200 fish nonstop.
