Those are some slabs. They have to grow big quick there. Or be eaten by the bass. How many bass did you catch amongst those?

JDE, If you don't mind, can you describe the conditions? Time, lake locations, bait? I was up there for the first time July 1st and fished for bass and got skunked. A couple of the guys tried live worms after a while and caught some cats. We fished in in kayaks from 7:30 am to 1 am.

No prob,conditions very hot no wind, all time of day in the trees on minnows 13-16 ft on the bottom.

Thanks for the info, next time I'll have to rig up a live well for some minnows in case the bass aren't cooperating.
