 Bank fishing around Lampasas?

I'm here for the rest of the week for work, and brought a rod and tackle. Can anyone tell me where I can catch a few? I tried at Hancock park today with no luck. I was up by the golf course and could see some good size fish, but none were hungry. Thanks in advance.

When we would work down there. We would always fish in the park behind the hotel. Caught a 6lb bass one weekend. I think we would use crawfish.
