I created this thread so folks can post lake levels around Texas. Given the drought that we’re in I know that all most, if not all the lakes are down, if not way down.

Thanks for y’all’s posts.

Benbrook is nothing but a holding tank for the water they sell off down stream.

They will raise it up when they get an order to send down the river.

Check this site out, pretty cool slide graph to compare years. Works on just about any lake in the states.

Hubbard creek is appx 12 ft low. Any more and the 180 ramp won't be usable.

Retirement best job ever.

I'm not sure the level but was out at Sandlin all weekend and it might be the worst I've ever seen it, maybe only one other time have I seen it this low. The bank at the camp ground we stay at was 23 yards from the waters edge from where the water is usually touching. I seen things in the lake I didn't know were there.

On the bright side my GPS is full of new spots to fish when the water comes back up. woot

You can't change the water levels; however, you can make the best use of the situation that you can.

If a picture is worth a thousand words...... This was Twin Buttes 7/4/11

This was our boat ramp.

This is the road to our secondary ramp(notice the lake)

People are getting stuck trying to put in at the secondary ramp because there isn't enough water under the boat to get off the trailer.

This is the middle Concho only 4'deep in the middle of it and just muddy looking water.

These old road beds use to be fun to fish fish.

And of course new stuff keeps coming out of the water you wouldn't ever imagine being there before.

Unless I get a Kayak or a small flat boat, my days at my favorite lake are pretty much over with for now.

PRAY FOR RAIN!!
