Been fishing the lower pond in Hometown(southwest of Birdville stadium) for a few months now & always done decent with LM. I noticed the Corps modified or installed a new fountain. But seems like the last 2 weeks there has been Algae surfacing more & more. Fish arent biting now either. Anybody having the same problem or heard anything?

Last time I was out there couldn't even get the perch to bite.
