Red potatoes (sliced and boiled with a little white vinegar added), mayonnaise and sour cream, boiled eggs, green onions, chopped baby dill pickles, fresh dill, and a pinch of salt & pepper.

Boiled Potatoes sprinkled with white wine vinegar while warm. Allow to cool, then in extra large serving bowl mix...
green onions
Parsley
Fresh dill
celery
mayo
Sour cream

Toss in cooled spuds and crumbled bleu cheese. (Thats the ingrediant that will have them begging you to make it again and again.)

Salt and pepper to taste.

Some crumbled real bacon is nice too.

Slice unpeeled Yukon Gold potatoes into cubes about the size of your last finger bone. Boil until semi-soft.

Mix with mayo, a touch of mustard, green onion, red onion, salt, pepper. Add some olive oil.

Any of the above, but boil your potatoes whole and crush them with your hand. You can skin some of them with a fork or leave the skins on.

You can buy potato salad dressing from the shops. Just boil some potatoes, drain them, cook some bacon, boil an egg and add all the ingredients together. Parsley and chives go well with the salad as a decoration/ garnish.
Hope this helps.
