If you plan to stay off the lake this weekend to avoid the drunk party boaters. Heres something to do thats always entertaining. Go to a public boat ramp and sit in your truck to watch the insanity that goes on at the ramp when the novice shows up to launch. They will pull on to ramp and start loading the gear and ice chest in the boat. Then forget to remove the straps; next the boat wont start. After they get off the trailer its time to put the plug in. While all this is going on the traffic is backing up on the ramp. I have seen a lot of things happen its a real comedy routine. The best was a group of free spirited 20 somethings thought it was a good place to change into their bikinis. Come back next week with your stories; Im sure there going to be good.

Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day, all are days to stay off the lakes big enough for folks to ski, pleasure boat, etc. in. I have a couple of ponds that work great during these times.
