 Cell phone signal in Santo Espirito Bay?

Going fishing next week and playing hooky from work, but still need to be able make and take phone calls if necessary. Is there any cell phone service in the bays around POC?

Luckily due to the oil rigs and coastal refineries the coast has pretty good cell reception up to 10 miles out...most active rigs have a good tower....but the bigger question is...unless it is an emergency.....work stays on the dock...Tight lines....Relax
