Has anyone tried “frying fish” using an oil less infrared turkey fryer? How did it turn out?
Common carp 26 Goldfish 9.78lb Mirror Koi 14lb Koi 16lb Channel Catfish 26lbs Blue Cat 30lb Bass 9.5lb

The oiless paper towel under "fried" fish seems strange to me.

i guess its to give the impression of having used real frying materials

30 mins is all it usually takes, maybe 40 if the basket is loaded.
Just rub like you would for frying, using your favorite meal.
