I like to count the ones that got away... because any fish that gets away weighs 10 pounds.

Went today I landed 2 bass, had 5 over 10# each. My daughter landed 8 monster bluegils. My son caught 3. Had fun til we were done. They all count even when they are quick release.

I counted this one! If I get it in the boat I count it for the days total. Brings back memories! I've used #16 hooks and less than bb s ized -- and kneaded, fresh white bread -- to catch glass minnows! I did that on my days off to supplement my chicken's diets. Thank you for the pic!

If I'm fishing with somebody else in the boat it doesn't count until it makes it in the boat - If I'm fishing by myself and tellin' it at the ramp on the way out, if I got a hook in it .....it counts. In the fishin' world the first liar doesn't stand a chance...........
