 POC J hook not on all maps?

Has anyone else noticed that the J hook at POC doesn't show up very much on official maps, like my Lowrance Mapcreate and Topozone & Fugawi maps? It is on my paper fishing map. Even my paper fishing map doesn't have it named. I wonder if its so close to the pass that at times after huricanes etc that it just turns into an underwater shoal subject to change etc like all the warnings say about things in that area. So they don't really show it since its kinda temporary.

the jhook is always changing. ive never seen it totally missing usually there is a foot note about it. it will be in a totally different spot in 6 months from the time you look at it.
