Going to Surfside for a few days next week and plan on going offshore(seas permitting). Hows the fishing been out around the 10-20 mile range? Anyone been finding any good size red snappers inside of 20 miles?

Sees were building all week long. Waves were up to 7ft by late Wed. We did not go out this week but the week before it was spotty. If you found a weedline Mahi-mahi and Wahoo was easy to get. On the rocks the red snapper did not cooperate. Behind the shrimpers we only picked up false albecore and little tunny. Hope it will be better next weekend.
