The family and I got here today about 4 or so we made the tackle shops and went out at about 8 and did not even go a 1/4 mile and my son said lets try that point. We did and did not leave. Nothing big but a lot of fun. Looking forward to the morning!!

My brother and two friends drove over 13 hours straight thru from LA and started fishing at daylight yesterday. His summary of the fishing was,"It is retarded down here. We caught over 60 fish, with a 6, two-7 + and another over 8 lbs." They went down blind and started fishing points near deep water flipping bush with big jigs. Hard to beat sore wrists and bruised ribs.
I gotta go soon.
