 03' F-150 4x4 problems

went to put my truck in 4 wheel the other day, nothing happend.
on my superduty, the GEM module went out, and would't bulb check (light didn't come on when i turned the key to start it)
this truck, it is bulb checking but when i turn the knob, nothing happens.....like the knob isn't working. no motor sound, no clunking, nothing.
any ideas what it could be?

i had the electric switch that is on the differential (can't remember what it's called) replaced on my '03 and it fixed it.
sounds like the same deal you're having.

Crawl underneath the vehicle and give the shift motor on the back of the transfercase a couple of wacks with a rubber hammer. See if that gets you going.

Check the the IWE solenoid, I've owned 5 of these trucks over the years and had the IWE go out on my 03 and 07.
