  I keep thinking up crazy ideas for my crate. So now I will have my Ocean Kayak rigged with 2 power sources. Front battery will power only my fish finder. The new rear battery will power the communications center (12v acc. plug to be added) for my GPS, cell phone, 4G HotSpot or VHF radio. The solar panel will provide constant charge for the battery. The crate can be pulled at a base camp for expanded use of power source.
