My boy and his 2nd cousin are out for the Summer. Brandt, the red headed boy, just lost his mother in an auto acciddent and it pleased me to see him smiling so much. He has really been wanting to have a "real" fish fry, of fish he caught himself. I had them catching bream for bait all day. We caught some good Blues and some Channels too, rod n reel and jugs, we let the pregos go (except for the one that was hooked in the gills). We spent hours on the water in the heat and at night for the past 3 days. He never compalained, he just kept saying this is the biggest fish of my life, over and over again. He told me later his mom was helping us. I told him "no doubt about it". My son takes it all for granted, Brandt truely felt lucky. He had only caught 3 fish in his life before comming out here. We went bass fishing he caught 2, he caught dozens of bream and reeled in many cats. We're hitting the sandies next. Thank God for the good fishing! it has done amazing things for this boy.
