Hey Belton Bunch
Fellow TFFer needs a little help
I need some help, taking my buddy and his son, fresh out of USMC boot camp, out on Belton this Sat. My treat to his service to US.
looking for general areas to fish. I have fished Belton twice with no luck, and have a general idea of the layout... and know where to find bait.
Im looking for some recent local knowledge, so i can get a head start.
any and all info appreciated

Went out with dragmaster today, end result  Hybrids weren't so cooperative. Not to say we didn't catch any, 10 to 20 of 16-17 1/2 inch throwbacks Just 1 18 3/4 keeper  Great trip Dave Thanks

We got out today for a couple hours after getting a blowout on the way to the lake. Took Morgan for a ride on the tube and wet the lines for a bit. Got my bait stolen quite a bit but was a light bite. I caught one undersize and John caught a few. It was nice to just be on the water for a bit. How is Sally Sue doing? Sorry to hear about your other fur baby. I sure hope Sally is ok. Rick tell Angela I will be praying for her brother. It was good talking to you today and thanks for offering the roadside help. Ended up going and getting a new set of tires for the boat trailer just to be safe.

Give her a hug for me Rodney. Its ok Rick it worked out. We didn't realize how long it had been since we put tires on the boat trailer. It really needed them anyway and glad we weren't on the road by Rogers park or something when it happened.
