Wish I had a secret bait but just have not found it yet. My fav is baby brush hog, its what I have the most confidence in.

I have my first lure ever. I've posted what it is elsewhere, it's nothing special but it's the first lure my dad gave me when I was a little kid and it's caught more fish for me than any other 5 set ups combined. Problem is I rarely take it out anymore since my dad passed because I couldn't stand to lose it.
2011 Fish
Eagle Mountain Lake: Sandbass x33; PB 1.0lb 13inch. LMB x3; dinks.
Benbrook Lake: Hybrid Bass x2; 5.05lb,2.5lb. Sandbass x3; small.
Lake Tahoe: Mackinaw Trout x3; 6lb, 4lb, 3lb.
Truckee River: Rainbow Trout x1; too small to weigh.
San Francisco Bay: Leopard Shark x3; 15lb, 8lb, 7lb.

no secret baits but I like changing my baits to off the wall stuff before I get back to the way in. I always have people looking to see what I have tied on if I have a heavy string. I laugh all the way home thinking about others buying some of the baits they see at tournaments.
