I have tried to find a video or picture online about placing the toothpick to prevent the worm sliding issue or the weight sliding? Can someone post a picture of this being done or link me to somewhere to see a visual? Thank you

Use flat toothpicks work best. Simply rig your worm then take a toothpick and Run it through the eye of the hook then clip the ends. You are ready to go.

Just buy some bobber stops from Cabelas.Does not damage the line like a tooth pick or ruin your worm weight.

I feel like a fish will be able to feel the sharp edges of the trimmed toothpicks? Just the same as when the hook is exposed just a little bit on top of the worm when it doesn't get tucked in just enough.

Get the rubber ones that you pull through the bottom of the weight and cut off. The stops you thread on the line above the weight seem to give out pretty quick.

If you look at the first step in the see thru worm and hook photos at the bottom of the tips. Imagine you run a tooth pick down thru the worm and thru hook eye from the top then clip the toothpick off even with the top and bottom surfaces of the worm body.

If you really want your worm hook to stay put without messing with the toothpicks, this is one of the best hooks you'll ever use. The Owner Twistlock series has a style fit most any fishing application,

Give out where? I am also curious as to what type of weight you use with the peg-it's? Cause I have yet to be able to use those with a 3/16 or even a 1/4 tungsten weight that have inserts.
