I'm an observer for the National Marine Fisheries Service in Galveston. I'm not sure what kind of help I can be to anybody in terms of helping with offshore fishing. Without boring you with the details of my job, I protect sea turtles and dolphins when oil companies use explosives to remove old offshore structures. Here at the lab we keep records of new rigs-to-reef locations and have old charts that I could probably get a hold of if anybody needs some. Just let me know if I can be some help.

Do you have any GPS coordinates within 35 miles of the Port O'connor jetties of submerged rigs. We fish there 6 or 7 times a year but the Liberty Ships are starting to get kind of crowded. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Alan
