Joe, do you have a website or pics of your place so we can see what it's like? Great rate, btw. If ur staying at Oso, be aware that they may offer a lower rate if you inquire. I paid $75 a night plus tax and then heard from Skeeter TZX that it could have been at the off season rate of $55 if I had asked. Kind of a poor way to run a business but oh well.

It the Purple "T" for Tarleton? Yea Oscar P.

What exactly does take your own bedding mean?

There are wooden bunks. Take your own mattress and sleeping bag or bedding.
And FYI, you use a community bathroom/shower. Take your own TP just in case.

The State Park has wooden bunk beds with no mattress, so you have to take something to sleep on. Blankets, sheets, pillow etc. There are two sets of bunks so four could sleep in same shelter.

Hope this helps.

Troyz, have u stayed there and, if so, was it nice? For those who don't know the place, it's the old Redwood Lodge.

Rooms were very nice. Not huge but I would say a little bigger than Sunbridge. Parking was not problem, spaces plenty wide. Backed boat right up to door and left truck hooked up.

Restaurant is not open for breakfast. Open for lunch and I am pretty sure they serve food till 10:00 at night. Bar is open later but not sure what time.

We always stayed at Falcon Heights cheap cold AC and good people State Park right down the road take your own food and DVD player if you want TV. I like the South end not to far from some good fishing.

I just got back and stayed at Sunbridge and it was $65.00 a night and clean rooms with ample parking.
