 How to catch minnows from a lake

What is the best way to catch minnows ? I'll be going fishing tomarrow night and would like to catch some minnows

Get a seign, and seign the boat ramps, or get a 1/4" mesh cast net

you can usually catch them at the local marina for 2-3 bucks a dozen

Get a seign, and seign the boat ramps, or get a 1/4" mesh cast net X1, If you can't catch them at the ramp than seign an area on the lake with peagravel, that always seems to produce shinners.
