I bought a pflueger trion from academy the other day and I got it home and noticed there were two little pegs (the little sliding blocks) missing on the centrifugal brakes. Anyone know where I can get some of those? Also, would it cause a backlashing problem if I just left it?

Why not return it to academy for an exchange?

If they aren't in the box then return it. Not sure you can buy those just anywhere.

It was the display. Last one in the store on clearance. I just really wanted to keep it but I guess there ain't much I can do about it.

You can call customer service or look on their website. Might take a little while to get them. I just dont know of any place that would have them that you go to.

I would say don't worry about it. If it is a 6 brake system, you'll probably never use more than 3 brakes anyway. I think 90% of people use 2 or a maximum of 3 brakes on.
