what would be the best lures to catch sand bass and hybrids with at hubbard . thanks

Spinners
Hybrids can be picky. Sometimes you have to live bait them. Sometimes they want lots of movement sometimes not. Everyone will have their own preference. And what the conditions are.

never fished hubbard, but have caught lots of both on glow in the dark cocahoe's and sassy shad.

I'm partial to Ole Ugly Slabs for slabbing and casting.
I've also found that a cork and Gulp Alive minnow thrown into a school is highly effective if they are schooling on top.
The Gulp Alive will stay in the strike zone unlike reeling through the school.
