 Missing Girl Alert Greenville Tx( she has been found safe)

My friends niece Elyssa Jennings has been missing since 6/13 2pm, Amber alert has not been issued for some reason yet, she was in the Ardis Heights area on her bike, last wearing a pink and white shirt and blue jeans, she is 12yrs old 5ft tall 110lbs, if you see here please contact the Greenville PD She is in the red in the middle of the pic
