So, how was it this morning? Who me? I decided for an afternoon trip since I didn't get much sleep last night. Didn't want to chance falling asleep driving down there. Leaving in about 1 1/2 hours if you want to go Bill.

Fishing was not as good today as it was yesterday for me. I did catch some good ones just not near as much action. I didn't limit out. Gonna try the yak in Christmas bay tomorrow. Will let you know how I do tomorrow. Having a great vacation so far.

Been lurking here for a while but hit up surf today and landed about ten kept the five of size. Rough waters but still ok fishing.
Hit the shrimp under popping cork first followed by killer flats and reds on quarter ounce jigs.

Went to Christmas bay this morning in the yak. Caught one flounder. Came back to the surf and the seeweed has cleared up the water is clear and there is large schools of mullet everywhere. I caught one good trout about 11:30 on a 1/4 oz jig head with a smoke color paddle tail. Gonna try the jetty after I take a nap. Then the surf this evening. Will keep you updated.
