What kind of rod is that you are using? Never seen a grip on a rod above the reel so far up.

that grip you say Chad is a float that keeps your rod from sinking if it falls in the water

hey guys thanks for the views and comments... I have rod floats on all of my rods because I do a lot of fishing out of a kayak.. That little pelican works great on small bodies of water where you dont have to travel far and wind wake is not a big concern
