Let me say I did not start smoking untill I was 32 years old. When I started Marlbora started another line up just for me
I went from zero to 4-5 packs a day .then they were 75 cents a pack
I smoked like that for over 14 years
I decided to quit
Was not long till I was still smaoking as much ,wearing a patch on each arm and chewing the gum
My doctor told me I need to give some of it up I was killing my self so I gave up the patches and the gum
I have treid every trick in the book and the easiest way is cold turkey
Here is my trick
I started out for two weeks going 10 minutes longer than what I usually would light one up
If you wake up and the first one you light is at 7 am wait till 710 or 715 do that for a few days then move to 730 then 745 so foprth and so on
After a couple of weeks I was up to around 930 or 10 before i would light the first one
I then took and empty cig pack of the brand I smoked ,went to town and purchased some straws and cut them the length of the pack and put 20 in it
When I wanted a smoke I would pull one out and hold it in my hand and would even puff on it ( do not light they taste horrible ) from the point I pulled out that first straw I never fired up anopther smoke.
It has been 11 years now
Hope this will work for some of you
My Dad and uncle were both heavy smokers and they quit cold turkey as well

MAY THE SUN SHINE ON YOUR FACE IN THE MORNING AND YOU AWAKE WITH A SMILE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN RESPECTFUL TO SOMEONE

I just recently fully quit dipping. I've substituted the Cope, with sunflower seeds, and now Im trying this new thing called Grinds. It's a pouch full of coffee that you put in your mouth just like dip. Haven't actually tried them yet (they're being shipped to me) but I think it'll help with the urge. This Wednesday will be 1 month.

Me too. They made it surprisingly easy though for someone like me with zero willpower.

You might try Smokey Mountain Snuff available at most Quick Trip stores. I used Chantix to kick the nicotine but this herbal snuff helped with the pyschological addiction to dipping.

Good luck and keep it up.

It has been 1 month for me quiting cope cold turkey. It has been kind of rough but not that bad for someone that has dipped for 30 years. There has been only one issue i have not been able to catch a keeper bassin a month and that is killing me
