I fished under the over pass on Tuesday after noon, right there under the Mexican restaurant. Only took 1 chartruese crank bait with me. Caught 1 dink lmb in about 20 minutes. But started feeling sick and had to go.

I live right next store to there. If you are interested in lmb i would go on the golf course to the pond on the first whole, i have never been skunked at the pond. I usually catch between 7 to 15 bass a time. And im not exaggerating. Also i went there last night to carp fish and ended up with a dozen channel cats. PM me if you want to know more.

I fish it all the time, theres loads of Bass, Crappie (All Dinks), Carp, Catfish and Sunfish of every kind and more snakes and turtles than you can shake a stick at.

Where do you usually spot the carp at. I only see them in the actual golf course ponds.

I see them all over the place between Western Center and the Golf Course, rolling on top of the water and whatnot.

You can walk the whole creek probably, if there is 1 or 2 feet in water, there is probably fish in it. I just got back from there about 20 minutes ago and had a blast catching about 30-40 sunfish and 5 catfish and one pissed off Turtle on my Ultra-light tackle.
I think you can even put in at Beach St...where it crosses over Fossil Creek. Use Google Earth to scout new stuff, that's how I did it. Google earth is, in my opinion, better than using online maps such as Google Maps or Bing.

I only fish in the pond at the first whole. If you park at the hotel by the movie theater the is a really big whole in the fence that you can just walk right through. I typicaly go about eight because thats when they close
