If i had service like that I would be out of buss. in a hurry. They seem to need more help!!!!! anyone else having this problem or am I just the lucky one!

Good luck getting them to respond. I've had nothing but problems with them. I tried upgrading two cards online and both of them failed One is updated halfway and the other is no longer being recognized as a navionics card and if I put it in my HDS unit it freezes it. My ticket has now been opened since end of May and still no resolution. I've been willing to ship out the cards to them for them to look at it but they refuse. Instead, I'm stuck waiting for them to get back to me. Soon enough I will ask to speak to a manager or try to escalate the problem. To say this is ridiculous is an understatement.

Check online here, they have been posting on sites about how to get around that issue.

only issue I've had with them is their map of Benbrook lake kind of sucks. I'm sure it's just because the lake is small and unpopular but it's frustrating to go out to what is supposed to be a pretty drastic hump only to find out the map is like 500 or more yards off in two directions. only reason I even found the hump in question is because I got annoyed circling around on the map/gps and gunned it off to another spot and happened to drive over a hump that wasn't on the map but eerily had the exact characteristics of the one I was lookin for :P
2011 Fish Eagle Mountain Lake: Sandbass x33; PB 1.0lb 13inch. LMB x3; dinks. Benbrook Lake: Hybrid Bass x2; 5.05lb,2.5lb. Sandbass x3; small. Lake Tahoe: Mackinaw Trout x3; 6lb, 4lb, 3lb. Truckee River: Rainbow Trout x1; too small to weigh. San Francisco Bay: Leopard Shark x3; 15lb, 8lb, 7lb.

You have a lot more patience than I do. If I already had a ticket that had been open more than a couple of days, I would be already working my way through management to get an answer.

Mine won't update either and I tried to talk to the guy on here and he just would not respond back. Hopefully someone else will start a business which will compete with them.

try calling and when you get the first person on the phone tell them you are being financially impacted by the issue and any delay in resolution will increase that financial impact. That's a set of buzz words that usually says "we're gonna get sued" and gets you more attention without having to actually make any threats.
The other buzz word is "If this call doesn't give me some headway towards fixing the issue maybe a class action suit will, a lot of folks have this problem and I'm sure they'd love to sign up."
I don't screw around with corporations that don't provide proper service. You paid for something and if you don't get that something due to a failure on their part in any way then they are liable for it. Either fight em or demand a refund.
I'm also not a fan of work arounds found elsewhere, sometimes I just want my stuff to work and will use a work around but 90% of the time if I can't get what I want out of the company I gave my money to I will get my money back.
