I've been on that lake before and believe me tilt any direction did not make me feel any better.It was in a Ranger and it did pretty good but still scared the life out of me.

Fished a tourney on lake St Clair..years ago I can relate to this...and yes trim her down..and let that nose work

after all these years I stil have no idea why a person would even attempt running a bass boat in seas like that.
I know a guy that did that on a regular basis. boat handled it no problem, but the perforated spleen & detached kidney kept him off the water for 6 months!
just don't make sense when your better choice is probably a
cheaper one, too!
oh well, jmo

what Bassmaster tournament was it that they fishes and the wind and waves were real brutal? I think it was a classic. They had the video of someone trying to troll and the waves were so bad that when he would come up on one the whole front of his boat would come out of the water, trolling motor and all then slam back down. Seen it before but cannot remember which tournament it was. I believe the TD said he made a mistake and should have cancelled when it was said and done.
