How is the bank fishin on grapevine for flat heads?

The only place you might pick up a flathead on the bank is up in Marshall Creek.It costs a dollar to get in the park and you can fish all night.You just have to be in the park by 8:00pm.The gate is locked but you can leave any time you like.Good luck.

what part of marshal are you talkin about cuz I hit sandies right there off 377 were it goes under the bridge.

When you get into the park you will go to the boat ramp and turn right and go down that road until it ends.Any of the spots from the end of the road back to the ramp could produce a good cat.The log jams are your best bet.

I should clarify that we weren't fishing for flatheads, but we got skunked nonetheless.

It is in Trophy Club off of 114.Take Trophy Club Park Rd through trophy club and it will take you to the park.Google earth will help you get there.Type in Marshall Creek Park.

I think the creek is your best bet but the only flathead I have ever caught at grapevine was right by the glass catfish. There are some bluffs between Katie's Woods and Scott's landing that have similar features to the aforementioned point.
