Thanks guys. I found out that I must tie the wings on the side of the hook, not the top...wow. Anyway, if you know of any very long shanked hooks that are reasonably priced...let me know. 6-10x would be great.

Thanks sexycarpenter. I am looking for hooks that are name brand though. Like Mustad, Daiichi, Partridge etc...
