Triton tackle trays and the EZ view system for my favorite worms.

I also have worm binders that have some of my favorites setup but that's about it. I fish a lot more hard plastics/spinner baits than worms because I just suck with worms and go to them as a last resort.

First time I have ever seen the "Easy View Tackle System" . Looks fantastic, just ordered one. I can't wait.

I ordered the Easy View one today and hope it solves the storage problem. I have been using 1gal storage bags but always have to dig to find what I need.

if you want cheap waterproof containers, go into walmart into the tupperware section. lots of different sized containers with the seal around the upper lip.... only downside is there are no dividers... but if you keep your worms in thier bags, and just stick the bag in the containers it works pretty well.

for hardbaits, i really like the organized Falcon boxes with diviers.

I use these in the picture below. I get them at Walmart. They work perfect. I can fit all 6 of them in one compartment of my boat.

I have a tackle box with hard lures and spinners/buzzbaits etc.

For my plastics I actually pre-rig a lot of stuff. I keep a quick snap on two of my rods and I tie up my T-rigs, C-rigs, etc with a leader and a swivel at the top, put the plastic on it, clip the swivel in a clothespin, wrap the leader around the clothespin and slip the worm/hook between the fork in the back. Then I stick em all in a ziplock. When I wanna chance I just clip one off, take out the one I want unroll it and clip it on. I tend to keep around 10 'rigs' premade.

I keep the majority of my soft plastics at home but I take a little stockpile with me ewhen I go out. For those I take what I think I might need or go through and put it in little snack sized ziplocks to keep em separated then put the snack sized in a gallon zip and throw that in my hard lure tackle box. I don't fish tournaments and I never need 'that' much so I usually have 3-4 each of a few colored senkos, finesse, shakey head, baby brush hogs, crawdads, and my "live shad" and shad swim baits.
