Coleman County wildlife

Mexican Eaglet's first trip out of the nest next to the stock tank where dad taught me to fish.

Solo'd Hogger. Caught him rootin around the water. He was a little ornery. (Hogger is a leet with fail loot.)

Tracked him 200 yds, or so, back into the thick brush after the first shot. He certainly blended in very well. I was only playing until then...it got a little serious before we were done.

Awesome pics! I've been wanting to go hog hunting, especially after a friend of mine told me he shot one with a 45 while riding an atv in Ingram. Now that sounds fun!

This is my kind of pasture therapy. Taken in Wood County. That hog does look like he could get serious about things in a hurry.

A bit of wise counsel:
Take two clips. Hind-site is 20/20. Trust me on this. OMG
