Anyone ever use dry ice ??? I was wondering how long it would last in a cooler . See them ice cream cart guys use dry ice and the stay frozen all day

I do and it usualy last a 2-3 days with ice also. It will freeze whatever you put in that cooler. When we go camping I keep it the cooler I want to keep meat frozen in.

Not sure if anybody has a better way but I break it up and spred it across the bottom of the cooler. Add a bag of ice, put stuff on top of that ice and cover with another bag. It will all freeze solid.

That stuff is a killer. A little but goes a long way. I would like to learn how to use it the correct way. I keep on freezing stuff every time I use it. LOL.
