After you start counting the money you saved by not buying oil or very much gas, you won't care. Besides, just 2mph faster, heck you can still see where he going! I've had two HPDI's and had no issues, so I am expecting the same going forward. I also go verbatem to manufactures recogmendations on breakin and maintenence and I have yet to pop a powerhead. The boat wake is still there. lol From an ol' guy. Duck I lost 3 mph when I switched from my Yamaha to my Honda 4 stroke. BUT, I gained most of it back by adjusting my prop. PLUS, I don't have to buy the Oil every trip AND I improved my fuel economy by 2.5 times. Like Duck says speed is not everything. And I like it when I pass guys at the gas station.
