So I broke my foot playing basketball with the kiddos, there goes my bass fishing for the next 4 to 6 weeks.

nah... just put a chair up front and run the trolling motor with the other foot!
Hopefully the wind will die and make it easier. Good luck!

Hey it could be worse, about 9 weeks ago I had a freak accident on a pogo stick and completely destroyed my face, broken nose, broken cheek , broken avoler ridge( bone that holds all your teeth)and broke all the knuckles on my left hand. Ended up with 50+ stiches and 2 surgerys to put everything back together and had to eat through a straw till recently. Worst part is that I havent fished in over 9 weeks, so it can always be worse. On the plus side im goin to falcon this month

I am sure I will try it I just don't want to end up hurting myself worse or falling out of the boat Life jacket!  Seriously, Hope you get better soon! Start Rehab as SOON as possible. Get a good one, not just the cheapest. They know their stuff and will have nearly full movement back quicker than you would believe! Make sure to take some strong pain pills before you go though, they will hurt you! but it will be worth it after its said and done with.

After 3 surgeries & 7 screws & 3 plates it is still broke.. Had a CT last week for my 4th surgery on it but told the Dr gotta wait till after June 12th.. It's the final tournament for me on Ray Bob for awhile.. My t10 & t12 are also cracked so trust me it cud be worse.. Good luck bud & speedy recovery 
Wreck in 08 I died twice but with the grace of GOD & the amazing staff at Parkland Hosp I made it thru... It wasn't my time... Fully disabled & fishing every day...
