Just moved to Murphy and have a 4-year old that likes to go fishing with daddy.
Would like to know which ramps have docks as it helps loading and unloading the kiddo.
Have been using Collin Park which has a floating dock about 30 yards from the ramp, but looking for some other options to put in.
Any help is appreciated.

Don't go to the Elm Creek ramp-no dock at all there...

closest ramp to you with a courtesy dock that is open would be Avalon.

East Fork is the best one. Protected by most winds. It's closed right now though for septic repairs. Great timing.

Laviona has one too. I think it's $3.00 to get into the part of the park that has the dock. Well worth it with a four year old.

I put in at Avalon today and went by clearlake and saw a few boats putting in there, there was also people on the pier. I was looking for bass but could not find any so switched to crappie and found a few in 12' about 6' down. They were all caught on black and white jigs.

Thanks to all. You guys are awesome. Hopefully, next weekend the wind and boat traffic will have died down a bit and I can get my little fisherman "hooked up"!!
Thank You!
