I will be staying at Cedar Creek for a week starting June 4th. My girls like to run juglines with me. I have never been able to get them anything bigger than about 7-8 pounds. I would love for them to hang into a big cat on a jugline. Just to catch it we would release it. I only keep the smaller ones to eat. I would just like to see my girls eyes with a big one on the line. I have attached a map showing where we will be staying. Can anyone offer advice on where and what depth to set the jugs for a chance to get a big un?
Yes I did admit defeat. Good job back to back champion

Try using cut buffalo in 15ft. of water or less. We use chicken livers on rod and reels out there and have produced many fish with that but it would be hard to keep on a jugline hook. Good Luck to you and your girls!

If you have the funds available book a trip with Jackie Kennedy he's an awesome guide and he will fill your freezer in a day. Spend the rest of the time catching big cats on the jugs and having fun with the kiddos. Haven't been on a lake in months so I can't help you on where to find them but Jackie always knows

r&r 12' ideally near timber but not necessary if you're marking bait. Be sure to post some pics! I can never get down to fish that lake but sure want to. I gotta live vicariously.

David,
BFT (Buffet) on Fri 3rd & YC (YellowCat) on Sat. 4th
However, there is an overlap here. Blues also hit good on YC days. I would try some perch & some goldfish. Might hit a big Op and/or a big Blue.
